All servers rebooted

All of our servers were rebooted last night by our provider due to stability issues. The downtime lasted just 25 minutes as technicians worked to resolving the issues. All services are back online.

Credit card payment outage

We have just received notification from our payment provider where their credit card payment system is currently down. If you are wanting to pay a bill by credit card, please send us a support ticket by emailing us at support@threepoint.nz.
